For this step we’ll need all your relevant company details as well as details for your warehouse business hours.
It’s also essential that we learn about your unloading set-up as we need to ensure that the correct type of vehicle is chosen and that the paper is loaded correctly to ensure efficient unloading at your end.
Step 3: Documentation

- Invoice & payment
This last step deals with all the documentation required to complete the order.
Once we have agreed the terms, a purchase order is generated and sent to the manufacturer. Once the order is confirmed, the delivery is sent along with a packing list. Finally, you will be sent an invoice along with details of payment terms.
FAQ
What information do you need before placing the first order?
Before we send the first truck, we need unloading information (type of truck, warehouse working hours, unloading address, payment terms, etc.) to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is one full truck (25 tons).
The price is set per ton, including delivery. If the order is not for a full load, we can agree to ship a smaller quantity, but this will involve additional transport costs.
How long will I wait for delivery?
For a new customer the usual wait time from the first order to delivery is around 2 weeks.
Can you send me some paper samples?
Yes, we can send a sample pack at your request.
